Please read these terms carefully, and you may wish to print and keep a copy for your reference. The terms and conditions set shall not affect your statutory rights.

Pricing, general conditions and availability

        desigNE jewellery reserves the right to withdraw any goods from the website at any time and shall not be liable to anyone for withdrawing any goods from the website or for refusing to process an order.

desigNE jewellery reserves the right to periodically update prices on the website. As each piece of jewellery is handcrafted it is subject to minor fluctuations in size, shape, colour and appearance. Sizes given are a guide only. While desigNE jewellery will make all reasonable efforts to supply supply items very similar to those displayed or already sold, no warranty is made as to the degree of similarity.

Every effort is made to ensure that items appearing on the website are available, but this cannot be guaranteed and so desigNE jewellery reserve the right to reject your order without liability. If we are unable to process or fulfil your order we will refund any payment that you have made for that item. 

desigNE jewellery endeavours to present the most recent, most accurate, and most reliable information on the website at all times. However, there may be occasions when some of the information featured may contain incomplete data, typographical errors, or inaccuracies. Any errors are wholly unintentional and we  apologise if erroneous information is reflected in merchandise price or item availability. If a pricing error has been made, we reserve the right to suspend your order and contact you to ask whether you wish continue with the order at the correct price. desigNE jewellery will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price. desigNE jewellery presents content 'as is' and make no claims to its accuracy, either expressed or implied. desigNE jewellery reserves the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice.

Cancellations, Refunds and Returns

You may cancel the order for any reason up to the point of dispatch and any payments made by you shall be refunded in full as soon as possible and within 30 days maximum.

You should inspect your item of jewellery upon receipt. If the goods received are damaged, faulty or not what was ordered, you must notify desigNE jewellery by email to sales@designejewellery.com.  or telephone Norman Eames on  01706 657418. If you fail to do this you will be deemed to have accepted the goods. Items should be returned to desigNE jewellery within 28 days. of delivery. You have a cooling off period from the day you place your order to 14 days after you receive your goods. During this period you can return your goods for any reason. However, you must take reasonable care of any products in your possession. You must again confirm cancellation by emailing or telephoning desigNE jewellery. If there is anything you wish to discuss you may also telephone us on 01706 657418. To arrange a return of an item please email us quoting your name, address, details of the product, the reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement. Please do not send the goods until you have received a confirmation email from desigNE jewellery. You are responsible for postage costs, unless the item was sent in error or is faulty (providing we are notified of faults within 14 days of receipt). If you require a refund you will be refunded promptly and within 30 days maximum of giving the cancellation notice and receipt of the returned goods.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. If you do wish to return an item, it is important to ensure safe delivery so please email us in advance and ensure the item is sent via a trackable method of posting e.g. Recorded Delivery, correctly addressed. desigNE jewellery cannot be held responsible for incorrectly addressed returns. You  will then be issued with a refund as soon as possible, within 30 days maximum.

In the unlikely event that the item of jewellery develops a fault,  we will be able to repair it, free of charge within 6 months of the date of purchase and we will pay for the return postage. Should you accidentally break a component after 6 months, it is very likely it can be repaired  and you will only charged for the component and postage.
